Professor Danuta Hübner will deliver a speech on a new cohesion policy after 2013, during the Fifth Cohesion Forum in Brussels. The main focus of the Forum will be EU2020 Strategy. Forum will also give an opportunity to present main findings from the public consultations on Fifth Report on Economic, Social and Territorial Cohesion, which was adopted by the European Commission on November 9, 2010.
Among the invited guests are Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso.
Over 800 people registered to attend the Forum, including representatives from local and regional administration level, civic partners, NGOs representatives, scientists.
This year's Forum will be hosted by Commissioner for Regional Policy - Johannes Hahn and Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion - László Andor.
