Profesor Danuta Hübner:
"Those who care about Europe, worry that there is no growth. The European Stability Mechanism solution is not yet in place. Changes to the European Financial Stability Facility have not yet been ratified. There are no decisions on Eurobonds yet.
In this context, I believe that there is a pressing need for a well-orchestrated, unprecedented, out-of-the-box cooperation between political institutions and markets. Markets are not at all invisible; they are tangible, well-organised and effective. That is why the creation of a platform of cooperation between political institutions and major market actors is a prerequisite for preventing a new edition of the crisis that would leave no winners".
