Professor Danuta Hübner is one of four members of the delegation from the Economic and Monetary Affairs Commission of the European Parliament, who will be meeting with representatives of the International Monetary Fund from October 8th until the 10th in Washington. The head of the delegation, Sharon Bowles, together with Prof. Danuta Hübner, Gunnar Hokmark and Liem Hoang will present the European view point on financial issues, and discuss topics related to global economic governance as well as the financial and monetary system in Europe.
