Professor Hübner speaks on the reform of EU cohesion policy during IQ-Net Conference, 07 maja 2010

On 7 May Professor Hübner gave a keynote speech during the closing session of IQ-Net conference. IQ-Net is a network which brings together regional and national partners from Structural Funds programmes across the European Union. The conference aimed to discuss options for reforming EU cohesion policy and an assessment of the straights and weaknesses of different proposals based on the experience of IQ-Net partners.
Professor Hübner said that the future cohesion policy should offer to regions good practise that can enable those less competitive regions to open up to global competition, to identify majors they should use to increase innovation, productivity and competitiveness.
